Domain for VerveJoint?

This was talked about; about a year ago. But, at the moment this can actually happen.

Now, not being the "founder administrator" I can't do it myself, but I was wondering what you guys thought.

Would you be okay with the forum address being VerveJoint.2kA.us? It could be .com or .us, but Jomadx would have to buy that.

2ka.us is my domain so I could easily do that. Though, it could also be VerveJoint.co.cc, co.cc is a free site that enables full DNS control.

If we got our own domain & the forum could be bought off of Forumotion then it would mean I could edit a lot more of the values in the forum then I can now.

To be honest; I'm finding it very difficult to edit the forum because everything has a set way of doing things. I can't just go ahead & change something because I don't own the forum. I need it to be contained in a server we have full access to. So I can only polish the outside of this forum. Definitely not rewrite any of the engine coding.

The first thing I could do is apply roll-over images on the navigation buttons.

A domain would be great. As for the updating difficulties, do what you can. The new avatar sizes, new ranks, blue logo and new buttons, (especially the radio one) are all pretty cool already. I'm sure everyone will be happy as long as you're trying your best, and if not, then BAM! Banned.

Personally, it sounds like a cool idea.

it's quite possible that I might lose track of this place though.

If this happens, we can get staff emails that are connected to hotmail.com

So logic could log into his hotmail account by typing in "Q@vervejoint.com" in the username bar.

My hotmail account is "c@2ka.us" from my website.

Sure, I can post updates. But only you can change the url.

well..i checked out 2ka.us and i'm just not sure how we get this forum over there. lol. also, wouldn't the website creater be pretty pissed off? lol might want to email him c@2ka.co.cc

c@2ka.co.cc is my old email, I'm now c@2ka.us . Also, are you serious about the domain thing being a sub-domain of my site?

You have to work out how to put this forum onto another domain. I can't do that. Also, I'd rather you buy a domain. They're not too expensive.
