I know but atleast you don't have to pay for all the upgrades on console.

Well to be honest, consoles are very limiting and restrictive.

Inferno, could you please provide us with information on your current set up(Hardware etc)? And could you please clarify what call of duty you are having trouble running on windows vista?

Yeah.
It's hard to help you if you just say that you have a problem with it on Vista, also, stop being such a console fanboy Letiger, we all now that PC is the FPS-machine.

Right click>Properties>Compatibility>Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
