I need help redesigning site

Okay, here's my problem. I wanted to be an administrator quite a while ago, I had time, skills, not too many occupations. But this has all changed. I have a very time consuming college course in PC hardware & software diagnostics, I have weekly driving lessons which I need to fill out 2 pages of theory test questions (50) before doing. I then have homework which takes a long time to do, I also have a list of roles in the Twokinds Animation (animating, artist, scouting, web designing, other) which I am struggling to make time for. On top of all that I have to redesign the site.

If we are decided on a redesign, can some users get involved so I can spend less time on it?
