| Okay, I know about five zillion ideas are flying around right now on what we should do, but I just thought of this and thought I'd share the idea.
Instead of having achievements for games like Newgrounds does, we could have Vervechievements for the site in general. They'd show up in a special place in your profile, and each one would have a cute graphic to go along with it. Some sample ideas follow:
-Artist: Post in the art forum over 100 times
-Prestigious: Earn over 2,000 prestige
-Famous: Earn over 100 Verve fame
-Smiley: Use over 500 emoticons
-PMaster: Send 20 PMs
Now, of course we'd have to make more all once in awhile, maybe every couple of months a new batch would come out. Also, mods would have to be on the lookout, because achievements like PMaster could be exploited using illegal spamming. Still, I think it's a kewl idea. What do you think? | |
