Medals

As I was looking around the forum recently, I noticed that we don't have a medals thread yet, or at least we didn't. Now, I know we're not Newgrounds Extra anymore, but I think it would still be cool to have a thread for the medals. Anyone with knowledge on how to get a really hard secret medal, has found a game with lots of quick medals or has any medal related questions can post here.

I'd like to start by saying that the new Madness QTE sequence game has a few pretty easy medals. Just kill some guys for the basic medals, then kill them with the m button for more medals. I haven't found the secret ones yet, though.
